Responsibilities
- Design and validate complex PCB layouts for high-voltage systems
- Lead hardware integration of embedded systems in industrial IoT platforms
- Develop firmware interfaces for motor control algorithms
- Conduct EMI/EMC compliance testing and mitigation strategies
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and documentation
- Collaborate with product teams on lifecycle management of electrical systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (MS preferred)
- 5+ years in power electronics or embedded systems design
- Expertise in Altium Designer and Cadence Allegro
- Strong background in C/C++ for firmware development
- Certification in functional safety (ISO 26262) or power systems
- Experience with Python for automation and data analysis
- Demonstrated project leadership in hardware development
