Responsibilities
- Design and optimize electrical systems for large-scale renewable energy projects
- Lead PCB development and validation for IoT-enabled smart grid components
- Conduct power analysis and thermal management simulations using industry-standard tools
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical documentation for compliance
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on integrated system architectures
- Research emerging technologies in energy storage and distribution
- Prepare detailed technical reports and project timelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power systems or renewable energy engineering
- Proficiency in CAD, Altium Designer, and MATLAB/Simulink
- Strong knowledge of NEC standards and safety protocols
- Experience with 3-phase power systems and grid-tied inverters
- Proven track record of delivering complex engineering projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months
