Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end electrical system design for IoT devices and energy storage solutions
- Develop and optimize PCB layouts using Altium Designer with signal integrity analysis
- Validate prototypes through rigorous testing protocols (EMC, ESD, thermal)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware-software interfaces
- Research emerging power electronics technologies for sustainable applications
- Mentor junior engineers through design reviews and technical documentation
- Comply with ISO 13485 and IEC 62368 safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in high-volume consumer electronics development
- Expertise in power electronics (buck/boost converters, battery management systems)
- Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink for circuit simulation and validation
- Strong knowledge of EMC/EMI compliance testing methodologies
- Experience with embedded C firmware for microcontroller integration
- Proven track record in DFM/DFA for cost-effective manufacturing
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or active pursuit required
