Responsibilities
- Design and simulate complex power electronics systems using MATLAB/Simulink and SPICE
- Lead PCB layout for high-voltage industrial controllers using Altium Designer
- Conduct EMC/EMI testing and compliance validation for UL/CE certifications
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and design workshops
- Develop firmware interfaces for embedded control systems in C/C++
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on thermal management solutions
- Prepare technical documentation and patent disclosures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years experience
- Expertise in power conversion topologies (DC-DC, inverters, rectifiers)
- Proficiency in high-speed digital circuit design and signal integrity
- Familiarity with ISO 26262 functional safety standards
- Strong analytical skills for failure mode analysis (FMEA)
- Experience with LabVIEW test automation frameworks
- Proven project leadership in cross-functional teams
- Active PE license or willingness to obtain within 6 months
