Responsibilities
- Design and optimize high-voltage electrical systems for renewable energy integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing IoT-enabled power monitoring solutions
- Perform advanced circuit simulations using SPICE and MATLAB/Simulink
- Ensure compliance with IEEE 1547 and NEC standards for grid-tied systems
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous process improvements
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen power electronics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years experience in power systems or renewable energy projects
- Expertise in AutoCAD Electrical and PLC programming (Siemens/Rockwell)
- Strong analytical skills with fault analysis and load flow modeling
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
