Responsibilities
- Lead design and validation of complex electrical systems for industrial automation platforms
- Develop PCB schematics using Altium Designer and perform signal integrity analysis
- Coordinate with manufacturing teams to optimize production processes
- Research emerging power electronics technologies for renewable energy integration
- Mentor junior engineers through design reviews and technical training
- Ensure compliance with UL, CE, and IPC-2221 standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics and embedded systems
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for system modeling and simulation
- Expertise in high-voltage (>1kV) and high-current (>500A) circuit design
- Experience with thermal management and EMI/EMC compliance
- Strong knowledge of ISO 13485 and FDA medical device standards
- Proven project leadership with PMP certification preferred
