Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design of power distribution systems for large-scale renewable energy projects
- Develop and optimize PCB layouts using Altium Designer for high-efficiency power converters
- Conduct signal integrity analysis and EMI/EMC compliance testing
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical documentation
- Collaborate with firmware teams to ensure seamless hardware-software integration
- Research emerging semiconductor technologies for system performance enhancement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Expertise in power electronics, including DC-DC converters and inverters
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for system modeling and simulation
- Strong knowledge of PCB design tools (Altium, Cadence)
- Experience with high-voltage systems (>1kV) and safety standards (UL 1741)
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects from concept to production
