Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex electrical systems for solar inverters and energy storage solutions
- Lead PCB layout and schematic design using Altium Designer and AutoCAD Electrical
- Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of prototypes under real-world conditions
- Mentor junior engineers and optimize team workflows through agile methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware and software systems
- Ensure compliance with UL/IEC standards and industry regulations
- Research emerging technologies to drive innovation in power electronics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics and PCB design
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for circuit simulation and analysis
- Expertise in high-voltage systems and battery management systems
- Strong knowledge of EMI/EMC compliance testing procedures
- Proven track record of delivering projects from concept to production
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Experience with renewable energy systems highly desirable
