Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-efficiency battery management systems (BMS) for EV applications
- Create detailed schematics and PCB layouts using Altium Designer
- Conduct rigorous thermal and electrical performance testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with automotive safety standards (ISO 26262)
- Optimize power conversion efficiency and reliability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics design
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink and SPICE simulation tools
- Expertise in embedded C programming for microcontrollers
- Strong knowledge of Li-ion battery chemistry and modeling
- Experience with automotive functional safety standards
- Proven track record of bringing products to market
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
