Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test complex electrical systems including power distribution, control circuits, and embedded electronics
- Lead PCB layout and component selection for high-reliability industrial applications
- Perform electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and compliance analysis
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and design optimization
- Collaborate with mechanical and software teams on integrated product development
- Document technical specifications and create comprehensive design documentation
- Stay current with IEEE standards and emerging power electronics technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence, or similar ECAD tools
- Deep understanding of power electronics, motor drives, and energy conversion systems
- Experience with embedded C programming and microcontroller architecture
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex electrical systems
- Proven track record of delivering projects from concept to production
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Experience with renewable energy systems or IoT devices a plus
