Responsibilities
- Lead the design and optimization of high-voltage power distribution systems for renewable energy integration
- Develop comprehensive schematics, PCB layouts, and documentation using AutoCAD and Altium Designer
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of electrical components and systems in ISO-certified labs
- Mentor junior engineers and oversee compliance with IEEE and NEC standards
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate innovative energy storage solutions
- Present technical findings to stakeholders and contribute to patent applications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred) with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Expertise in power electronics, motor drives, and energy conversion systems
- Proficiency in simulation tools (MATLAB/Simulink, PSpice) and PCB design software
- Strong understanding of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and thermal management principles
- Experience with renewable energy systems and smart grid technologies
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Demonstrated project leadership in cross-functional engineering environments
