Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of high-voltage electrical systems and embedded circuitry.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization and prototyping to mass production.
- Perform rigorous testing, simulation, and validation to ensure compliance with IEEE and IEC standards.
- Collaborate closely with mechanical engineers and software developers to integrate systems seamlessly.
- Conduct failure analysis and implement corrective measures to improve system reliability and longevity.
- Document all designs, schematics, and test procedures in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in circuit design, PCB layout, and power electronics.
- Proficient in CAD tools such as Altium Designer, Eagle, or OrCAD.
- Strong working knowledge of simulation tools like LTSpice, MATLAB, or PSpice.
- Experience with embedded systems and microcontroller programming (C/C++) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
