Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end electrical system design for renewable energy integration projects
- Develop and optimize PCB layouts for high-efficiency power electronics
- Perform complex circuit analysis and simulation using industry-standard tools
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on thermal management solutions
- Mentor junior engineers and drive best practices in electrical safety standards
- Prepare technical documentation and compliance reports for regulatory approval
- Identify and resolve electrical system performance issues through rigorous testing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics and renewable energy systems
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence, and MATLAB/Simulink
- Strong knowledge of NEC standards and IEC regulations
- Experience with three-phase systems and high-voltage (>1kV) designs
- Proven track record of delivering complex hardware projects on schedule
- Certification in PE (Professional Engineer) is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
