Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex electrical systems for renewable energy projects
- Lead PCB layout and schematic design for high-efficiency power electronics
- Perform thermal and electromagnetic simulations for product validation
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration
- Stay current with industry standards (UL, IEC, NEC) and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics or renewable energy systems
- Proficiency in Cadence Allegro and PSpice simulation tools
- Strong knowledge of embedded systems and microcontroller programming
- Experience with high-voltage DC systems and battery management
- Proven track record of bringing products from concept to production
- Professional Engineer (PE) license highly desirable
