Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-voltage power distribution systems, schematics, and circuit boards using CAD (AutoCAD Electrical, Eagle) and ECAD tools.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of electrical systems to ensure compliance with industry standards (IEEE, NFPA) and internal quality protocols.
  • Lead the troubleshooting and debugging of complex electrical failures, providing innovative solutions to technical challenges.
  • Oversee the testing phases of prototypes, including load testing, thermal analysis, and safety inspections.
  • Collaborate with mechanical engineers and software developers to integrate electrical components into larger systems.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance during the design and implementation phases.
  • Create detailed technical documentation, including BOMs (Bill of Materials), test reports, and user manuals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in electrical system design and power electronics.
  • Proficiency in simulation software such as MATLAB/Simulink, PSpice, or LTSpice.
  • Strong working knowledge of circuit theory, power systems, and control systems.
