Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of high-voltage power distribution systems for renewable energy projects
- Perform comprehensive circuit analysis and simulation using industry-standard tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with mechanical components
- Develop and implement PCB layouts ensuring EMI/EMC compliance and thermal management
- Mentor junior engineers while maintaining strict quality control and documentation standards
- Research emerging technologies to drive innovation in energy storage solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in power electronics design
- Expertise in AutoCAD, MATLAB/Simulink, and Altium Designer
- Strong knowledge of IEC/EN standards and regulatory compliance
- Proven track record with renewable energy systems integration
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months
