Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex analog and digital circuits for power management systems.
- Lead the PCB layout and design process using industry-standard CAD tools.
- Conduct thorough signal integrity analysis and ensure electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) compliance.
- Collaborate closely with firmware and mechanical engineering teams to integrate hardware solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and code reviews.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in hardware design and development.
- Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout (Altium Designer, Cadence, or OrCAD).
- Strong understanding of microcontrollers, FPGAs, and embedded systems.
- Experience with signal integrity tools (HyperLynx, Sigrity) is highly desirable.
