Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test complex electrical systems including PCB layouts and embedded firmware
- Lead cross-functional projects integrating hardware, software, and mechanical components
- Perform signal integrity analysis, EMI/EMC compliance testing, and thermal management
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews for design validation
- Develop documentation including schematics, BOMs, and test procedures
- Collaborate with product management to define technical requirements and roadmaps
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in hardware design for consumer electronics or IoT devices
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or similar EDA tools
- Strong knowledge of power electronics, high-speed digital design, and analog circuits
- Experience with embedded systems (C/C++) and microcontrollers (ARM, PIC)
- Familiarity with regulatory standards (FCC, CE, UL)
- Proven track record of bringing products from concept to production
