Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex electrical systems for IoT devices and automation platforms
- Perform schematic capture, PCB layout, and prototype validation using Altium Designer
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of electrical components and systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, software, firmware) to ensure system integration
- Research and implement emerging technologies in power electronics and embedded systems
- Generate technical documentation and maintain compliance with UL/IEC standards
- Mentor junior engineers and participate in technical reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in electrical design and product development
- Expertise in high-speed digital design, analog circuits, and power electronics
- Proficiency with PCB design tools (Altium, Cadence) and simulation software
- Strong understanding of EMI/EMC compliance testing methodologies
- Experience with embedded systems and microcontroller programming (C/C++)
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects from conception to production
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
