Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and testing of complex electrical systems and power distribution networks.
- Conduct detailed circuit analysis and simulation using industry-standard software tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB).
- Ensure all engineering designs comply with local, national, and international safety codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEEE).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers, software developers, and project managers to define product requirements.
- Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, schematics, and BOMs (Bill of Materials).
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in electrical design or power systems engineering.
- Proven expertise in PCB design, embedded systems, or power electronics.
- Proficiency in CAD tools such as AutoCAD, Altium Designer, or Eagle.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex engineering problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical reporting.
