Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-voltage electrical systems for energy storage solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams in product lifecycle management from concept to deployment
- Perform detailed circuit analysis, simulation, and validation using industry-standard tools
- Collaborate with hardware teams on PCB design and component selection
- Ensure compliance with UL, IEC, and IEEE safety standards
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Present technical findings to stakeholders and executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics or energy systems
- Expertise in MATLAB/Simulink, SPICE, and PCB design tools
- Strong knowledge of battery management systems (BMS) and grid integration
- Proven track record of delivering complex hardware projects on time
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience leading technical teams and project management
