Responsibilities
- Design and validate high-voltage power distribution systems for commercial-scale renewable installations
- Develop firmware and hardware interfaces for IoT edge devices using ARM-based microcontrollers
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and testing electrical control systems
- Create detailed PCB layouts using Altium Designer with signal integrity analysis
- Conduct failure mode analysis and implement robust EMI/EMC mitigation strategies
- Mentor junior engineers and optimize manufacturing processes for mass production
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Expertise in power electronics (buck/boost converters, inverters) and motor control systems
- Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink for system modeling and simulation
- Experience with embedded C programming and RTOS integration
- Certification in PCB design tools (Altium, Cadence Allegro)
- Demonstrated project leadership from concept to production launch
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex hardware issues
