Responsibilities
- Design, simulate, and prototype complex PCB assemblies for high-speed digital and analog applications.
- Lead the end-to-end development cycle from initial concept and schematic capture to final board bring-up.
- Conduct rigorous testing, signal integrity analysis, and EMI/EMC troubleshooting to ensure mission-critical reliability.
- Collaborate with firmware and mechanical engineering teams to optimize system-level integration.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in design for manufacturing (DFM) and assembly (DFA).
- Manage vendor relationships and lead design reviews to ensure adherence to industry standards and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in circuit board design and electrical hardware engineering.
- Expertise in industry-standard tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or OrCAD.
- Proficiency in high-speed circuit design, power electronics, and embedded system architectures.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of successfully bringing products from prototype to production.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with regulatory certification processes (UL, CE, FCC) is highly preferred.
