Responsibilities
- Design, simulate, and validate complex electrical systems using AutoCAD and MATLAB
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing embedded control systems for power electronics
- Conduct EMC/EMI testing and compliance analysis for industrial equipment
- Optimize PCB layouts for high-efficiency power conversion applications
- Develop technical documentation and safety protocols for electrical installations
- Mentor junior engineers while maintaining rigorous quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (MS preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics or embedded systems
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or eligibility
- Expertise in Altium Designer and SPICE simulation tools
- Proven track record in managing electrical projects from concept to deployment
- Strong knowledge of IEEE standards (e.g., 1584, 519)
- Experience with renewable energy integration systems
