Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test electrical systems including PCB layouts, schematics, and firmware integration
- Lead prototype validation and compliance testing (FCC/CE/UL)
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on enclosure design and thermal management
- Optimize power distribution and signal integrity for high-speed applications
- Document designs, BOMs, and test procedures
- Research emerging technologies and industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (MS preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in product development for consumer electronics
- Expertise in Altium Designer and Cadence Allegro
- Strong knowledge of EMC/EMI compliance and mitigation
- Experience with embedded C/C++ and microcontrollers (ARM Cortex-M)
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for signal analysis
- Proven project management skills using Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical problem-solving abilities
