Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of high-efficiency power conversion systems
- Perform detailed circuit analysis and PCB layout using Altium Designer
- Conduct thermal management and EMI/EMC compliance testing
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical documentation
- Collaborate with firmware teams on embedded control algorithms
- Optimize system performance through rigorous simulation and prototyping
- Ensure compliance with UL 1741 and IEEE 1547 standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics design
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink and PSpice simulation tools
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor switching topologies
- Experience with industrial automation systems
- Certification in Six Sigma or Project Management (PMP) a plus
- Proven track record of bringing products from concept to production
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills
