Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced electrical systems for consumer electronics and industrial applications
- Lead PCB layout, schematic capture, and component selection using Altium Designer
- Conduct comprehensive testing, validation, and troubleshooting of prototypes
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on integrated product development
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews
- Ensure compliance with IEEE standards and safety regulations
- Optimize designs for cost-effectiveness, performance, and manufacturability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics and embedded systems
- Proficiency in CAD tools (Altium, KiCad, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of EMC/EMI standards and testing methodologies
- Experience with microcontroller programming (ARM, PIC, DSP)
- Proven track record of bringing products from concept to production
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
