Responsibilities
- Design and optimize high-voltage power distribution systems for renewable energy integration
- Lead PCB layout and schematic development for IoT sensor networks
- Perform electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and compliance validation
- Mentor junior engineers on circuit design best practices and safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on prototype development and production scaling
- Research emerging semiconductor technologies and their applications in smart grids
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics or embedded systems
- Proficiency in Altium Designer and MATLAB/Simulink
- Strong knowledge of IEEE standards and NEC regulations
- Proven track record in bringing IoT hardware from concept to production
- Experience with renewable energy storage systems and microgrid architectures
- Professional Engineer (PE) license (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
