Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware with software solutions
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (UL, CE, IPC) and safety regulations
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in PCB design and power electronics development
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or equivalent EDA tools
- Strong understanding of embedded systems and microcontroller architectures
- Experience with signal integrity analysis and EMI/EMC testing
- Proven ability to solve complex technical problems in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present technical concepts clearly
