Responsibilities
- Design and optimize power distribution systems for solar/wind energy projects
- Lead PCB layout and validation for high-voltage components
- Develop embedded firmware for smart grid communication protocols
- Conduct failure mode analysis and root cause investigations
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Ensure compliance with IEEE, NEC, and IEC standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics design
- Proficiency in Altium Designer and MATLAB/Simulink
- Certification in PV system design (NABCEP preferred)
- Strong knowledge of EMI/EMC mitigation techniques
- Experience with SCADA systems and IoT integration
