Responsibilities
- Design and validate electrical schematics for medium-voltage power distribution systems
- Lead PCB layout optimization for high-efficiency power conversion modules
- Develop comprehensive test protocols for safety-critical electrical components
- Collaborate with mechanical engineers on thermal management solutions
- Mentor junior engineers through design reviews and technical documentation
- Interface with clients to translate requirements into engineering specifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics or renewable energy systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Altium Designer, and MATLAB/Simulink
- Strong understanding of IEEE 1547 and UL 1741 standards
- Experience leading cross-functional product development teams
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
