Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end electrical system design, including schematic capture, PCB layout, and validation testing
- Develop embedded firmware for IoT and automation applications using C/C++
- Perform power analysis and thermal management for high-density electronic assemblies
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on electromechanical integration and prototyping
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (UL, CE, IPC) and safety regulations
- Mentor junior engineers through design reviews and technical guidance
- Research emerging technologies to drive innovation in product development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in electronic product development
- Expertise in Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or similar EDA tools
- Strong background in power electronics and analog/digital circuit design
- Proficiency with embedded systems (ARM, PIC, DSP) and RTOS
- Experience with signal integrity analysis and EMI/EMC mitigation
- Proven track record of bringing products from concept to production
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
