Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design of high-voltage power distribution systems and infrastructure.
- Conduct detailed feasibility studies, load calculations, and short-circuit analyses to ensure system reliability.
- Oversee the drafting and documentation of electrical schematics using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, EPLAN).
- Ensure strict adherence to local and international electrical codes, including NEC, NFPA, and IEEE standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Perform regular site inspections and troubleshooting to resolve electrical anomalies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in power systems engineering or industrial automation.
- Proficiency in advanced CAD software and simulation tools (MATLAB/Simulink, ETAP).
- Strong understanding of electrical safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
