Responsibilities
- Design and validate complex electrical schematics and PCBs for industrial power systems.
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams through the full product lifecycle from concept to manufacturing.
- Perform rigorous simulation, testing, and debugging to ensure compliance with IEEE and IEC standards.
- Oversee technical documentation and project timelines to meet stringent delivery milestones.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize power distribution efficiency and thermal management.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE/MSEE).
- 5+ years of experience in electrical system design, preferably in energy or industrial automation.
- Expertise in industry-standard software such as Altium Designer, PSpice, or AutoCAD Electrical.
- Proven track record of taking complex electrical projects from initial design to production.
- Deep understanding of high-voltage systems, control systems, and power electronics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in a collaborative team setting.
