Responsibilities
- Design and optimize high-voltage power systems for solar/wind installations
- Lead PCB layout and firmware development for smart grid controllers
- Perform electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and compliance analysis
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Collaborate with product teams on prototype development and validation
- Develop technical documentation and patents for innovative solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics design
- Expertise in Altium Designer and MATLAB/Simulink
- Strong knowledge of IEEE 1547 and NEC standards
- Certification in P.E. (Electrical) required
- Experience with renewable energy integration systems
- Proven track record of leading complex engineering projects
