Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-voltage electrical systems for renewable energy storage solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and testing power electronics hardware
- Create detailed schematics and PCB layouts using Altium Designer and Cadence tools
- Perform thermal and stress analysis on electrical components using ANSYS and MATLAB
- Ensure compliance with IEEE, UL, and IEC standards for industrial applications
- Collaborate with firmware engineers to integrate control systems with hardware
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering with 7+ years of experience
- Expertise in power electronics, motor drives, and energy storage systems
- Proficiency in PCB design tools (Altium/Cadence) and simulation software
- Strong background in EMI/EMC compliance testing and mitigation
- Experience with 3-phase power systems and high-frequency converters
- Proven ability to lead hardware development from concept to production
