Responsibilities
- Design and optimize high-voltage power distribution systems for commercial applications
- Develop embedded firmware for IoT-enabled energy monitoring devices
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and testing electrical assemblies
- Create detailed schematics using AutoCAD and Altium Designer
- Ensure compliance with UL 60950 and NEC safety standards
- Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations for system malfunctions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics design
- Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink for system modeling
- Certification in P.E. (Electrical) or equivalent
- Experience with 3-phase power systems and inverters
- Strong knowledge of PCB layout best practices
- Experience with ISO 13485 for medical device projects
