Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design, simulation, and prototyping of complex electrical systems and circuit boards.
- Perform detailed analysis of electrical requirements and develop robust engineering solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers and software developers, to integrate electrical components seamlessly.
- Ensure all designs adhere to strict industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control measures.
- Oversee the testing phase, troubleshoot hardware issues, and iterate on designs based on performance data.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance during code reviews and design sessions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate technical documentation, schematics, and BOMs (Bill of Materials).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in electrical system design and PCB development.
- Proven proficiency in CAD tools such as AutoCAD, Altium Designer, Eagle, or OrCAD.
- Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design principles.
- Experience with simulation tools (MATLAB, SPICE, or PSpice) is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
