Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced circuit boards and PCB layouts for IoT devices and energy systems
- Lead power electronics optimization for renewable energy integration projects

- Mentor junior engineers and oversee technical documentation compliance

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics or embedded systems
- Proficiency with CAD tools (Altium Designer, OrCAD, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of EMI/EMC compliance testing methodologies
- Experience leading projects from concept to production
- Certification in Six Sigma or PMP is highly desirable
- Proven ability to work with cross-disciplinary teams in agile environments
