Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical systems for large-scale renewable energy projects
- Lead cross-functional teams in hardware prototyping and validation
- Conduct power electronics simulations and performance analysis
- Ensure compliance with IEEE, NEC, and international safety standards
- Mentor junior engineers and drive innovation in power distribution solutions

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics or high-voltage systems
- Expertise in CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and simulation software (MATLAB/Simulink)
- Professional Engineering (PE) license required
- Proven track record in renewable energy project delivery
