Responsibilities
- Design and optimize PCB layouts for high-efficiency power conversion systems
- Lead firmware development for embedded control systems using C/C++
- Conduct thermal and electromagnetic interference (EMI) simulations
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical documentation
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on integrated system designs
- Ensure compliance with UL 1741 and IEEE 1547 standards
- Develop test protocols and validate product performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience
- Expertise in power electronics (buck/boost converters, MPPT algorithms)
- Proficiency in Altium Designer and Cadence PSpice
- Strong background in embedded systems and real-time operating systems
- Familiarity with renewable energy grid interconnection standards
- Experience leading cross-functional technical projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
