Responsibilities
- Design and optimize power electronics circuits for solar inverters and energy storage systems
- Lead PCB layout and validation using Altium Designer and Cadence Allegro
- Perform thermal analysis and EMI/EMC compliance testing
- Develop firmware for embedded control systems using C/C++
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Document design specifications and create patent disclosures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (MS preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics design
- Expertise in MATLAB/Simulink and SPICE simulation tools
- Strong knowledge of IGBT/MOSFET switching topologies
- Certification in IPC-2221 PCB design standards
- Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems
- Proven track record of delivering production-ready designs
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
