Responsibilities
- Design and develop detailed electrical schematics and power distribution systems using industry-standard tools.
- Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies, load analysis, and power quality assessments.
- Oversee the testing, commissioning, and validation of electrical prototypes and systems.
- Ensure all designs comply with local, national, and international safety codes and regulations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, software, and project management teams.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and interns.
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and documentation for stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field) required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is a significant plus.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in electrical design, preferably in high-voltage or industrial settings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MATLAB, and ETAP or similar simulation software.
- Strong understanding of circuit theory, power electronics, and control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
