Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and validate electrical systems for IoT devices and renewable energy infrastructure
- Lead PCB layout, schematic design, and component selection for high-reliability applications
- Perform electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and compliance analysis
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews for design excellence
- Collaborate with software teams to integrate hardware with embedded systems
- Document technical specifications and create comprehensive test protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in electrical design for consumer electronics or industrial systems
- Expertise in Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or equivalent EDA tools
- Strong knowledge of power electronics, signal integrity, and thermal management
- Experience with regulatory standards (FCC, CE, UL) and safety compliance
- Proven track record of leading product development from concept to production
