Responsibilities
- Design and optimize high-voltage power distribution systems for commercial and industrial facilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing renewable energy integration solutions
- Perform detailed electrical load calculations and power quality analysis
- Create and maintain comprehensive electrical schematics using AutoCAD and ETAP
- Ensure compliance with NEC, IEEE, and international electrical standards
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical feasibility studies
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype innovative energy storage systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from ABET-accredited institution
- 8+ years of experience in power systems design and industrial electrical projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Expertise in ETAP, AutoCAD Electrical, and MATLAB/Simulink
- Deep understanding of renewable energy integration (solar, wind, battery storage)
- Proven track record of managing complex electrical projects from concept to commissioning
- Strong analytical skills with experience in power system modeling and simulation
