Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including MRT expansions, coastal reclamations, and smart city developments
- Manage multidisciplinary teams of engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure project delivery excellence
- Develop innovative solutions for complex geotechnical challenges using advanced modeling software (PLAXIS, GeoStudio)
- Oversee compliance with Singapore's stringent Building Construction Authority (BCA) standards and sustainability frameworks
- Drive digital transformation through BIM implementation and integrated project delivery systems
- Mentor junior engineers while establishing best practices in civil engineering methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with P.Eng. accreditation from Singapore's Professional Engineers Board
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in large-scale infrastructure projects within SEA
- Expert proficiency in structural analysis software (STAAD.Pro, ETABS) and BIM tools (Revit, Civil 3D)
- Proven track record in managing projects valued over SGD 100M with zero safety incidents
- Deep understanding of Singapore's regulatory landscape including URA guidelines and LTA standards
- Professional certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities for complex geotechnical and structural challenges
