Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design of complex electrical circuits, power systems, and embedded control systems from concept through mass production.
- Utilize industry-standard EDA tools (Altium Designer, Cadence) to develop schematic diagrams, PCB layouts, and bill of materials.
- Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and reliability analysis to ensure compliance with industry standards (IEC, UL) and safety regulations.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on circuit analysis, thermal management, and signal integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers, firmware developers, and product managers to drive project milestones.
- Document technical specifications, test results, and design revisions for patent filing and regulatory submissions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in power electronics, PCB design, or embedded systems engineering.
- Proficient in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, or MATLAB for simulation and analysis.
- Strong working knowledge of analog and digital circuit design principles.
- Experience with microcontrollers (ARM, STM32) and sensor interfacing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and quality assurance.
