Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects (MRT extensions, waterfront developments)
- Perform advanced structural analysis and hydraulic modeling using BIM/CAD tools
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's Building Construction Authority (BCA) standards
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical challenges in real-time
- Mentor junior engineers and optimize team workflows
- Develop innovative solutions for sustainable urban infrastructure
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's in Civil Engineering with 8+ years' experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent
- Expertise in structural analysis software (STAAD Pro, ETABS)
- Proven track record in managing SGD 50M+ infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with Singaporean building codes and land acquisition processes
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with geotechnical investigations and environmental impact assessments
- Proficiency in BIM (Revit) and project management software
