Responsibilities
- Design and validate high-efficiency power conversion systems for solar/wind energy storage
- Lead PCB layout and schematic design using Altium Designer for complex electronics
- Develop embedded firmware for real-time energy management systems
- Conduct thermal and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and analysis
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical documentation
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on integrated system architecture
- Research emerging semiconductor technologies for renewable applications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (MS/PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in power electronics design with solar/wind systems
- Expertise in Altium Designer and SPICE simulation tools
- Strong knowledge of IEC 62109 and UL 1741 safety standards
- Experience with embedded C/C++ for real-time control systems
- Proven project leadership with hardware launch experience
- PMP or PE certification highly desirable
- Publication record in IEEE power electronics journals
