Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of complex electrical systems for solar/wind energy infrastructure
- Conduct rigorous circuit simulations and performance analysis using industry-standard tools
- Mentor junior engineers while ensuring compliance with IEEE and NEC standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate power electronics with IoT platforms
- Develop detailed technical documentation and schematics for manufacturing teams
- Identify and resolve electromagnetic interference (EMI) issues in high-frequency systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Expertise in power electronics, PCB design, and embedded systems programming
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink, PSpice, and Altium Designer
- Strong understanding of three-phase power systems and grid-tied inverters
- Certification in PMP or PE preferred
- Proven track record in renewable energy project development
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
